SunnyData is looking to solve the business problem of helping clients leverage data and AI to improve business processes and outcomes by designing and developing business architectures that align with clients' strategic goals. The role bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution, translating complex challenges into scalable data solutions.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills for complex data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Familiarity with APIs
- Understanding of data management, analytics, and AI technologies
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Databricks certification (e.g., Data Analyst Associate)
- Business process modeling and analysis
Responsibilities
- Design and develop business architectures that align with clients strategic goals
- Identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI to improve business processes and outcomes
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing business processes, including data governance
- Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, translating complex challenges into scalable data solutions
- Develop accelerators, frameworks, and best practices that elevate our delivery capabilities
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Develop data, AI, and governance strategy development and implementation
Other
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions
- Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables
- Identify new opportunities and help expand client relationships
- Provides industry expertise in either Financial services (e.g., Banking & Payments, Regulatory & Compliance knowledge, etc.) or Healthcare Life Science is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product development, ideally within Data and Analytics
- Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization
- Skilled at facilitating workshops, managing conflict, and building consensus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven decision maker who quantifies business value and ROI
