CommUnityCare is looking to solve the problem of understanding the organization's data and creating dashboards, visualizations, algorithms, and business tools for use across the organization.
Requirements
- Advanced SQL query writing skills required. Experience working in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
- Advanced front/back end Epic experience including developing SQL-based DMCs and Cogito/Radar/RW report building and dashboard/maintenance.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, with strong focus on Excel.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with large data sets, including design survey instruments, data collection processes, data analysis, and writing reports on findings of the research.
- Demonstrated experience with relational and dimensional databases, data queries, and data extraction techniques including the ability to import, merge, and export files between applications, perform analyses, and prepare reports.
- Significant experience with creating and presenting management dashboards and reports.
- Significant experience with data visualization/business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Support the organization by gathering, organizing, formatting, and analyzing various forms of clinical and organizational data.
- Assist in creating and maintaining data gathering systems for demographic and clinical data.
- Gather data from various internal and external data sources.
- Analyze data to determine trend, discrepancies or other project-specific information.
- Builds Radar dashboards for report consumers with the support of the Radar administrator
- Builds Reporting Workbench reports, templates, and extracts for the application.
- Develops reports and dashboards to support clinical and revenue initiatives long-term.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare, statistics, experimental research, data science, reporting and analytics, economics, or public health.
- Epic certification required within 6 months of hire or within six months of completing Epic training.
- Must meet CommUnityCare’s Epic pre-assessment criteria.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
