TD Bank is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Chief Operations Officer (COO) Group and the AMCB Change & Enablement teams in executing on their various On Premises and Cloud-based reporting initiatives, with a focus on providing specialized end to end BI support, visualization, and solutions for a significant business/function and/or projects/initiative.
Requirements
- Ability to read/write SQL/Python or other programming languages
- Data ETL, Automation, Visualization/Dashboard Development Skills (Tableau/Power BI/Power Automate, Power Apps, Alteryx)
- Cloud experience preferred (Databricks/Azure)
- Experience with Data Risk Management, Data Quality, Data Risk Identification and controls, Data Governance, Data lineage (data mapping, data tracing end to end), Data Transformation, Metadata, etc.
- Familiarity and ability to understand technical architecture/architecture blueprint and design documentation
- Knowledge of program/project delivery methodologies
- MS Office Suite Skills (including Excel/PowerPoint)
- Experience with Agile Methodologies a plus
Responsibilities
- Work on complex business information management initiatives for a key business/functional area that may have enterprise wide scope
- Provide expertise within the specialized field and/or other data management functions that support business needs
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the implementation of data management processes and enforce data governance policies to meet specific project needs, regulatory requirements and best practices
- Support the development of presentations/communications of data quality results
- Understand department objectives and contribute by supporting data management activities
- Support the management of data in accordance with the Enterprise Data Policy, Standards and Strategy/Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO) Standards
- Data mapping, understanding flow of data from source to target systems, Well versed with process flows
Other
- Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science) Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience, or;
- 3+ year of relevant experience; higher degree education and research tenure can be counted
- Domestic Travel – Occasional

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
