Samsara is seeking a Senior BI Developer to advance its data-driven efforts in sales, marketing, and customer success by designing and delivering impactful BI solutions, including AI-enriched Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, Salesforce reports, and data integration pipelines, to uncover insights, streamline decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in designing and managing Tableau dashboards and Salesforce Analytics tools.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and dashboard development.
- Advanced Salesforce CRM Analytics Skills: Experience with CRM Analytics or Revenue Intelligence for more advanced data preparation, automation, and dashboard management.
- Salesforce Expertise: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM data structures, reporting, and integration with BI tools.
- ETL Experience: Proficiency in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tools and processes for building and managing data pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Leverage Salesforce CRM Analytics, Salesforce dashboards, and other business intelligence tools to deliver actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable BI solutions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address key business challenges through data analysis and dashboard development.
- Support data strategy initiatives by integrating and optimizing data from multiple sources for a unified view of performance metrics.
- Contribute to the development of predictive models and analytics, such as sales performance dashboards and pipeline forecasting tools, to improve operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior analysts and share best practices in BI development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Hands-on experience in designing and managing Tableau dashboards and Salesforce Analytics tools.
