Rise Baking Company is looking to increase efficiency and competitiveness by designing, developing, and maintaining advanced business intelligence (BI) models, visualizations, and reports to provide data-driven insights and decisions.
Requirements
- Expertise with Microsoft SQL and SSAS Cubes (OLAP/Tabular)
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer with a focus on creating visualizations in Power BI and SSRS Reporting
- Strong knowledge of financial and manufacturing principles desired
- SAP data structure knowledge preferred
- Experience with KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information
- Experience with data analysis tools and statistical methods
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and SSRS
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance, used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives
- Utilize KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making
- Develop standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and SSRS
- Build statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis tools to support the business
- Extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and key insights
- Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of manufactured products
Other
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in the BI field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
