Inframark is seeking to transform raw data into actionable insights through Power BI dashboards, and is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to serve as the senior technical leader for their entire business intelligence reporting infrastructure.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI including Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
- Advanced SQL skills including complex queries with multiple joins, CTEs, and subqueries
- Experience with both SQL Server (on-premises) and Azure SQL
- Strong ETL/data transformation experience
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Experience with version control (Git) and deployment processes
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for all business intelligence initiatives
- Own the end-to-end BI reporting process from requirements gathering through deployment
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and code review
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across departments to understand analytical needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Establish and maintain BI standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement and continuous delivery in reporting processes and data quality
- Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable business insights

- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements from non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to various audiences
- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field
