Developing, maintaining, and enhancing technical solutions that support the Global Enterprise Procurement (GEP) organization, ensuring system improvements and integrations align with strategic goals, operational needs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of procurement and finance systems (e.g., Coupa, Ivalua, Blue Yonder, SAP Ariba).
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing business and system requirements.
- Experience in evaluating and improving system efficiency and workflows.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge of integration points between procurement systems and ERP (e.g., SAP ERP), financial systems, or supplier management tools.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, software development lifecycle, and system integrations.
- Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Python, Tableau).
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of technical solutions (platforms, dashboards, software, etc.) that support indirect procurement operations.
- Continuously evaluate the efficiency of current systems, tools, and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Enhance workflows, reporting capabilities, data collection, and stakeholder experience through system configuration.
- Generate reports and perform analyses that support the team’s data strategy and business cases for technology initiatives.
- Implement system and data changes in response to audit or regulatory findings and streamline related processes.
- Serve as the primary system contact, supporting enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), selection, and configuration projects.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system usage, reporting tools, and related processes.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with GEP teams, Regulatory, IT, and Business stakeholders to gather, consolidate, and assess functional, business, and system requirements.
- Assist in designing training strategies and workshops to educate team members on effective use of the technology stack.
- Stay informed on technology and industry trends, assessing the value of new tools within the system ecosystem.
- Build strong internal and external relationships through advanced communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Independently resolve complex problems and mentor less experienced team members in decision-making.
