Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Buyer to manage procurement activities for key programs, ensuring the timely delivery of critical materials and services to support their mission of transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
- Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track.
- Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
- Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
