Simpro Group is looking to drive impactful customer campaigns and advance the adoption of AI tools to scale execution, enhance personalization, and improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a strong focus on campaign management.
  • Proven experience executing customer expansion, retention, and upsell campaigns within multiple SaaS and/or technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy, campaign orchestration, and performance metrics.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and pivot accordingly.
  • Test-and-learn mindset—eager to experiment, iterate, and optimize based on insights and outcomes.
  • Creative, agile, and forward-thinking, with a passion for testing new AI technologies and approaches.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as 6sense, Jasper, Character Quilt is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the customer marketing org as you lead the planning and execution of customer campaigns aimed at driving product adoption, expansion, and customer retention.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign process—from developing strategic concepts and messaging to managing execution, optimization, and reporting—to ensure campaigns are both innovative and effective.
  • Develop and deploy add-on product campaigns targeted at existing customers in collaboration with product marketing and customer success teams.
  • Drive campaign strategy and execution to build awareness and attendance for Simprosium user conferences and workshops.
  • Use AI tools, such as Character Quilt, Mutiny, 6Sense, Hook and Jasper, to build, launch, and optimize BDR sequences and marketing campaigns at scale.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and AI innovation to bring fresh ideas and experimentation into the campaign approach.
  • Test and evaluate new and existing AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency, personalization, and campaign outcomes.

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success executing global campaigns, with sensitivity to regional differences and localization best practices.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce.com, Asana, Looker, 6Sense, HubSpot.
