Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Analyst to support clinical and business decision-making through the strategic use of data. This role will be responsible for analyzing clinical datasets, identifying trends and insights, and developing actionable reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (including CTEs, window functions, regex, string manipulation)required
- Experience developing dashboards in Tableau Desktop (LOD expressions, dashboard actions, filtering techniques, layout containers)
- Strong understanding of effective data visualization principles
- Experience with Git and DBT for version control and data transformation
- Prior experience working with clinical data and technologies.
- Familiarity with medical coding standards and regulatory frameworks is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collect, manage, and analyze clinical and operational data to generate insights through ongoing and ad hoc reporting
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical tools using Tableau and other platforms
- Identify trends and opportunities for business value through data visualization and storytelling
- Support the development and communication of the data analytics strategy and operating plan
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical, Biostatistics, Marketing, Safety, and IT to ensure alignment and impact.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 3 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our BSC Minnesota or Marlborough office minimum three days per week.
