Peraton is looking to hire a Senior Cloud AI Engineer to design and manage cloud-based AI systems with a focus on the Microsoft Cloud Platform (MCP) and natural language interface development, to build smart, scalable, and secure solutions that deliver real value to customers and drive the future of AI-powered applications in the cloud.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role
- Must have experience working with Cloud Artificial Intelligence offerings as well as Agentic AI MCP's
- Must have Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS experience
- Container technologies such as Kubernetes is preferred
- DevOps CI/CID pipeline development experience preferred
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cloud Agentic AI solutions in accordance with best practices
- Deploys, debugs, and executes initiatives related to cloud computing, including modular, container base solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based systems, ensuring efficient data storage and adherence to security policies
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions
- Interact with customers, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on customer needs
- Modify and improve existing enterprise cloud solutions
- Educate customer developer teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives
Other
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with BS/BA OR 16 years of experience with a HS Diploma
- Relevant training and/or certifications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must hold a current Public Trust Clearance.
