Diverge Health is looking to improve health access and outcomes for those most in need by strengthening the foundation and scalability of their cloud and data infrastructure.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, SNS, SQS, Kafka, Event Bridge, API Gateway, Route53, Control Tower, CloudFormation/CDK, IAM, etc.) and Security & DevOps best practices.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and cloud security principles.
- Experience integrating with third-party systems and working with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, SQL/NoSQL databases).
- Some experience with healthcare applications and restrictions.
- Experience with other languages like Python, Go, or Java is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable back-end services using cloud-native technologies, with a strong focus on AWS.
- Design and implement APIs, event-based systems, and cloud-based microservices.
- Architect and automate cloud-based services for application development.
- Design and implement infrastructure components including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, security, and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Contribute to the technical direction of the platform while remaining hands-on with coding and system implementation.
- Continuously assess and improve system performance, security, and reliability.
