Noblis is looking for a Senior Cloud Developer to develop cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks, implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices, and support a robust, hybrid cloud infrastructure for high-bandwidth services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years focused on cloud technologies
- AWS GovCloud, SC2S, C2S cloud platforms
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Cloud security implementation
- Serverless computing (Lambda, S3)
- Database services (RDS, DynamoDB)
Responsibilities
- Develop cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks to enable PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS
- Implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices
- Analyze applications and make recommendations for migration to cloud environments
- Provide strategies for failure/recovery and cost optimization of cloud services
- Develop and implement cloud applications and migrate existing on-premises applications to the cloud
- Debug cloud stacks and manage policies for the use of cloud services
- Establish secure cloud environments and ensure appropriate availability/uptime design
Other
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)*
- US Citizenship is required
- Experience with SAFe Agile framework
- Strong understanding of cloud security requirements in government environments
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or equivalent) preferred
