Requirements
- Knowledge of CM requirements and intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, or OSINT
- Knowledge of how to use available tools to search for trends or anomalies in data
- Experience with MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or R
- Experience identifying appropriate CM access points and methods
- Comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms
- Ability to use available tools to search for trends or anomalies in data
- Completion of an in-residence DoD IC Collection Management Course
Responsibilities
- Prioritize, establish, and develop collection requirements
- Track and manage collection requirements and supporting collection assessment efforts
- Provide time-critical recommendations, often under pressure
- Identify new opportunities to help clients meet their toughest analytic challenges
- Develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of CM systems
- Validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, evaluate, and terminate CM programs and initiatives
- Collaborate across the IC to understand intelligence gaps
Other
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting the IC, or 7+ years of experience supporting the IC in lieu of a degree
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to brief senior defense and government officials
