Build the world's first biological reasoning model and develop generative foundational models that decode biological systems across scales - from molecules to organisms - enabling prediction, understanding, and programming of living systems.

Requirements

  • strong programming skills in Python
  • experience with computational biology tools such as structure prediction, molecular docking and virtual screening
  • experience working with Protein or Chemical Language Models
  • hands-on experience building AI/ML using PyTorch and Lightning
  • experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS
  • knowledge of machine learning techniques applied to biological data

Responsibilities

  • You will develop machine learning methods to extend our predictive and generative platform
  • You will design and execute computational pipelines to validate and prioritized de novo generated molecules using state of the art tools
  • You will use your deep understanding of biology to design novel therapeutics for hard-to-target proteins with our generative models
  • You will analyze and integrate large-scale biological datasets
  • Your work will directly impact the development of our biologically-aware AI platform, transforming the landscape of medicine
