Requirements
- Experience working with at least 2 of the following SAP data migration tools - BODS, Syniti, MDG, Data Services, Information Steward, Migration Cockpit
- Experience with Material, Customer, and Vendor Master Data conversions on at least 1 SAP project, with experience in ETL-based data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities documented in project roles
- ABAP Development Programming Skills
- Experience with a minimum of 1 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementation
- Experience migrating SAP ECC to S/4 Hana
- Signavio experience
- At least 1 current SAP certification
Responsibilities
- Work with client and internal teams to gather data migration requirements and contribute to defining standards and blueprints for SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
- Support the data migration lifecycle for SAP projects by executing data extraction, transformation, mapping, and loading of master and transactional data from multiple source systems.
- Translate business and technical requirements into detailed data migration designs and documentation under the guidance of project leads.
- Execute data migration development, testing, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure data quality and support a successful go-live.
- Build positive working relationships with clients and team members through effective communication and delivery.
- Share knowledge and best practices with peers, supporting continuous improvement within the team.
- Assist with proposal development, research, and other business development activities as needed.

- 5+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry
- Experience participating in all phases of at least 2 full end-to-end SAP implementations of data migration projects
- Bachelor's degree or associate degree plus equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Previous experience working directly for a “Big 4” consulting firm
