SHEIN is seeking a Senior Consumer Insight Researcher to identify key business questions and design research studies that inform strategic decisions, driving actionable insights rooted in consumer understanding and contextualized within broader business objectives.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative consumer research
- Familiarity with research tools and methodologies; experience supporting primary and secondary research
Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and execute qualitative and quantitative consumer research projects (surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews)
- Analyze data and report findings to inform strategic decisions
- Translate and present results into clear and actionable insights that drive business actions and portfolio strategy
- Leverage a range of tools and methodologies, including competitive and marketplace analytics, internal data platforms, consumer trend and forecasting services, custom quantitative survey development and analysis, qualitative research design and moderation, and emerging research technologies
