EY is looking to solve the business problem of delivering high-quality Salesforce.com implementations to its clients, while also developing and integrating user interfaces across diverse platforms such as mobile, web, and tablet.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages (Java or C preferred), SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML
- Minimum of 1 years of experience with Force.com platform programming in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
- Minimum of 1 years of experience with Force.com platform out-of-the-box functionality, including best practices regarding security and automation
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification
- Familiarity with relational database concepts
- Agile delivery methodologies
- Proficiency in application development tools
- Quality assurance and software development expertise
Responsibilities
- Define and execute deliverables with efficiency
- Manage completion of deliverables and maintain engagement economics reports
- Track resource plans and budgets, and handle project statuses
- Participate in client sessions as a workstream member or team lead
- Actively participate in the design of software components
- Independently write quality code that is simple, reliable, and scalable
- Analyze and fix moderate to complex problems during development and support
Other
- A four-year Bachelor's degree is required in Computer Science or Engineering or related field
- Experience typically preferred is 2-4 years in a relevant field, implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5 or more people
- Ability to be a self-starter and handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Willingness to travel based on client needs
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members
