Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and profiling
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language for data analysis and automation (e.g., Python with libraries like Pandas)
- Solid understanding of different data structures, formats (e.g., JSON, CSV, XML), and database schemas (relational, non-relational)
- Experience with ETL/ELT concepts and processes
- Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Understanding of data preparation requirements for AI/Machine Learning models
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Responsibilities
- Manipulate and transform diverse customer datasets into a standardized common data model
- Design, develop, and maintain robust analytic datasets from various sources
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of impactful dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Implement and maintain data quality checks and processes
- Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to understand data requirements
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis
- At least 3 years of experience with Life Sciences and Healthcare data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate business requirements and AI data needs into technical data mapping specifications
