Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with data analysis, advanced analytics, statistics, experimentation, and optimization
- 5+ years of experience with SQL
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Tableau
- Experience building compelling and actionable presentations/visualizations directed at an executive level audience
- Experience defining KPIs, statistical and predictive modeling concepts, descriptive statistics, and experimental design
- Experience working with large datasets (Terabytes of data/ billions of records)
- BS in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop certified dashboards and impactful presentations that translate complex data into clear, applicable recommendations
- Use creative and analytical thinking to connect data into cohesive insights that inform holistic business decisions
- Leverage complex databases, OLAP engines, data warehouses, and data lakes through SQL or SQL-like tools
- Lead the development of weekly insights decks for leadership by synthesizing input, tracking goal progress, and highlighting the business impact of key initiatives
- Provide guidance on best practices in Tableau and enable teams to maximize the tool's capabilities
- Remain current on the latest data analytics tools, techniques, and industry trends
- Uphold a high standard of analytical rigor and exceptional service across all levels of the business, navigating roadblocks and ensuring delivery
