Crunchyroll is looking to build foundational analytics infrastructure by consolidating fragmented data sources, developing longitudinal performance tracking, and creating standardized dashboards and certified reporting processes to enable leadership to make data-driven decisions and eliminate operational bottlenecks. The role aims to provide critical P&L visibility and strategic insights to maximize revenue opportunities across their expanding commerce portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a data analyst with proven track record in business intelligence and reporting
- 5+ years of hands on experience with SQL for complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis from large datasets
- 5+ years of hands on experience with Tableau or similar BI tools (Power BI, Looker) for dashboard creation and data visualization
- 5+ years of hands on experience with Python for data analysis and transformation using libraries like Pandas, NumPy
- Experience performing root cause analysis, identify data quality issues, and implement validation processes
- Experience working directly with stakeholders to scope actionable reporting solutions
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated reporting and data pipelines to support business intelligence across stakeholder verticals
- Implement data validation processes and establish reporting standards to ensure accuracy and consistency across analytics outputs
- Establish metrics and reporting to understand interconnections and synergies between commerce verticals and other business units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
