Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making, statistical analysis, and machine learning models
- Proficient in Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with Tableau, QlikView, D3, and EazyBI for data visualization and advanced spreadsheet manipulation
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (including writing database views), R, and JavaScript
- Experience with MDX and large database systems is a plus
- Experience integrating data from Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses is preferred
Responsibilities
- Work on cross-functional projects with leadership, project managers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand and achieve business priorities.
- Responsible for eliciting business and technical requirements from stakeholders and turning these into analytics reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Translate abstract data into easily digestible and highly visual dashboard applications and executive-level report deliverables.
- Build cross-functional relationships with business units to cultivate successful long-term partnerships.
- Mine and analyze data from across company databases to drive optimization and improve business strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data-gathering techniques.
- Develop reports and dashboards and present and explain results to non-technical audiences.
