The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is looking to solve business analytics problems, specifically assisting with financial analysis and creating data visualizations or ad hoc analytical reports to monitor for financial risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
- Experience with programming languages including Python and SQL
- Understanding of how to create data pipelines and create new data frames
- Understanding of and experience supporting PPBE/Government spend plan activities
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience with Jira
- Experience supporting NGA
Responsibilities
- Support the Chief of Staff for a major Program Executive Office (PEO) at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) with business analytics
- Assist with financial analysis and creating data visualizations or ad hoc analytical reports to monitor for financial risks and opportunities
- Close tracking of budget and spend plan in support of Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE)
- Data management improvement or digital process automation efforts
- Analysis/visualization of non-financial data sets related to program capabilities or office operations
- Work independently and as part of a team to help the Chief of Staff and PEO leadership understand how business challenges translate to data solutions
- Create data pipelines and create new data frames
Other
- Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication and experience working with Senior Government officials
- Up to 10% travel required
