- Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Shopify, Tableau, SQL, and Python

Responsibilities
- Retrieve, clean, and organize data from various platforms, including Salesforce, Shopify, and BigQuery, transforming it into curated analytics datasets.
- Analyze business performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, growth drivers, and areas for optimization.
- Build and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards using advanced data visualization best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders—including Sales, Marketing, and Operations—to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Present clear, compelling insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with the VP of Data Analytics to support strategic initiatives and departmental goals.
- Proactively identify data integrity issues and implement improvements to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex findings in simple, actionable terms
- Self-starter with high attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Onsite position in Miami
