KiwiCo is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help drive business impact through data-driven insights and shape strategy and spark change by applying technical expertise to uncover opportunities across the company.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in relational database modeling and SQL; proficiency in Python is a plus.
- Proven experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker.
- Hands-on experience in designing, executing, and measuring A/B tests to inform product and business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve our data ecosystem—from architecture and infrastructure to models, dashboards, experiments, and visualizations—empowering the entire organization with meaningful insights.
- Lead complex analyses that uncover powerful insights and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for strategic growth.
- Hands-on experience in designing, executing, and measuring A/B tests to inform product and business decisions.
- Stay at the forefront of innovation by keeping pace with emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies, and introducing smart, forward-thinking solutions that elevate our impact.
- Work hand-in-hand with senior leaders to deeply understand business priorities, spot high-impact opportunities, and shape bold, data-driven strategies that move the needle.
- Be a champion for analytics by fostering a culture of curiosity, encouraging data adoption across teams, and leading knowledge-sharing and training efforts.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree or higher preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or engineering roles, ideally in a high-growth or scaling environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating clarity, professionalism, and influence.
- Adept at presenting complex analyses to leadership and non-technical stakeholders in a way that drives understanding and action.
- Successful track record of collaborating across functions such as marketing, product management, engineering, and finance.
