Requirements
- Using advanced modeling techniques (machine learning and time-series forecasting) for trend identification and performance optimization using Python, R, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Apache Spark.
- Performing data mining and algorithm development using Python, SQL, and Spark for large-scale healthcare or financial datasets.
- Developing rating models, including creating and implementing performance-based rating systems for organizations based on quality, cost efficiency, or customer satisfaction data using Python, R, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Apache Spark.
- Conducting data analysis, including sales pipeline and performance metrics, and integrating cloud-based solutions using AWS and Azure to create scalable and efficient workflows.
- Utilizing data analytical tools such as R, SQL, and Python.
Responsibilities
- Conducting exploratory data analysis on claims or other clinical or administrative data assets to understand and define scalable methodologies to measure utilization, cost, quality, outcomes, and key clinical metrics across the spectrum of care.
- Utilizing advanced data analytics to build provider and patient profiles that deliver insights to trigger clinical programs, product enhancements, and enable Cohere Health to optimize internal resources and strategize for high impact care.
- Developing scalable statistical data models to predict clinical or health outcomes.
- Identifying key predictors or cohorts associated with meaningfully different outcomes to target behavior change leading to impact.
- Working cross functionally with data and product teams to build meaningful data assets based on defined methodologies to capture patient care journeys and episodes of care.
- Regularly disseminating findings and actionable insights to key stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
- Applying advanced data analytics and predictive modeling techniques to business problems.
Other
- Master’s degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or a closely related field and 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst utilizing data analysis, automation, and visualization in business analytics.
