MRM is seeking a CDP Senior Data Analyst to unlock the full value of customer data by driving data-driven marketing, segmentation, personalization, and performance analytics across channels, ensuring alignment with privacy and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CDP (Data Cloud), Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization(MCP), Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer lifecycle, and CRM activation.
  • Working knowledge of data modeling and customer identity strategies.
  • Experience with data governance, privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), and consent management.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign and use cases performance analysis and KPI reporting.
  • Familiarity with first-party data strategies, media activation, or journey orchestration.
  • Media activations through CDP: lookalike, suppressions

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day data operations of Salesforce CDP, ensuring accurate ingestion, transformation, and unification of customer data.
  • Oversee identity resolution logic and ensure proper customer profile creation.
  • Maintain data hygiene, deduplication rules, and enrichment processes.
  • Design and optimize audience segments for marketing and commercial use cases.
  • Support activation of key customer journeys via SFMC (email, mobile, personalization MC).
  • Track performance of CDP-powered use cases (e.g., suppression, re-engagement, personalization).
  • Build dashboards and reports using Salesforce, GA4, or other analytics tools.

  • 3 years of experience in CDP, customer data, analytics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align segments with campaign objectives in SFMC.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Account, IT, Legal, and other partners.
  • Synthesize data across multiple sources to develop insights and recommendations and tell a story with data
  • Provide recommendations for improving campaign targeting, conversion, and retention.
