Requirements
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one statistical or scripting language (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven ability to present data-driven insights to senior leaders and influence strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking.
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations to executive audiences.
- Familiarity with organizational data structures and stewardship models.
- Background in experience design or user-centered analytics.
Responsibilities
- Query, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives tailored for executive audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align data insights with strategic goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and business impact.
- Identify data quality issues and proactively address inconsistencies.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative, insight-driven team environment.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.

- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrate curiosity and initiative by exploring beyond the initial request to uncover additional insights.
- Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
