Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing algorithms and data manipulation capabilities using programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL
• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, visualization, or quantitative research using tools and methods to support tactical and senior-level decision-making
• Knowledge of how to identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights
• Experience integrating structured and unstructured data via APIs or custom tools
• Experience designing or customizing tools to optimize data mining, cleaning, and analysis workflows
• Knowledge of NLP and machine learning methods applied to intelligence use cases

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and test data methodologies, and generate cross-functional solutions through collection, interpretation, evaluation, and analysis of large data sets.
• Apply strong communication skills and data analytics expertise by simplifying technical requirements and trends, based on audience.
• Present data findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders using your knowledge of databases, scripting languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics and key performance indicators to drive technical outcomes.
• Apply data visualization through different formats such as graphs, tables, and PowerPoint slides, etc.
• Grow your communication and technical skills by creating data-centric solutions across mission area.
• Use your data analytics expertise to support client and stakeholder relationships.
