Responsibilities
- Serve up impactful data-backed recs with a focus on predictive modeling and statistical analysis driving strategic decisions and business growth.
- Partner with Sales and Sales Ops to dissect the lead funnel in Salesforce, understand high-quality customer sources with better attribution model, and sharpen conversion rates to build a more efficient sales process.
- Dig into sales performance to uncover what’s driving wins, where deals stall, and how we can boost revenue with better forecasting and customer targeting.
- Identify relevant data sources, validate/reconcile data, and build concise and future-proof models designed for adaptability and scalability.
- Get to the bottom of data discrepancies and outdated manual processes to ensure smooth operations using machine learning and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and Product teams to maintain a reliable data infrastructure and contribute to data analytics initiatives.
Other
- 5 years of experience in business analytics, data science, statistics, or a related field.
- Excellent stakeholder management - experience collaborating with multiple senior stakeholder groups, being able to prioritize the highest-impact projects and deliver at pace.
