Cribl is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to build scalable analytical models and deliver accurate reporting to help drive operational and strategic decisions for their centralized Data & Analytics team, partnering closely with Revenue and Marketing functions.
Requirements
- strong SQL skills
- Familiarity with the modern data tech stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools (e.g. Omni, Looker, Tableau).
- Advanced technical expertise in SQL, data modeling, and building dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs and formulate end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, visualizations
- Translate underlying needs of our business into key metrics and frequently analyze and report to stakeholders
- Maintain, develop, and automate reporting needs at Cribl with an ability to context switch between projects; this role will be divided between supporting ad-hoc data requests and project work
- Scale our data technology stack by managing data sets in our data warehouse, creating meaningful data transformations, and making data available in our BI tool
- Empower Criblanians to self-service all their data needs by developing, scaling and leading the enablement of our centralized BI tool
- Build and manage dashboards and self-serve data products to give teams visibility into marketing funnel health, attribution, and pipeline performance.
- Conduct exploratory and statistical analyses (e.g., regression, cohort, funnel, and time-series modeling) to uncover patterns and inform planning.

- 5+ years of experience in data or analytics roles
- Five years of experience working with GTM data (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Revenue) and working closely with stakeholders to establish a roadmap of technical work
- Proven ability to derive insights, conduct strategic analysis, and create clear and compelling data visualizations from large revenue data sets across multiple sources.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities and capable of leading strategic projects with minimal guidance and managing priorities effectively.
- Analytical thinker comfortable with ambiguity, self-motivated, and adept at working cross-functionally. Especially adept at embracing change and resourcefully addressing problems that don’t have clear solutions.
- Excels in collaborative environments, engaging effectively with peers and stakeholders to achieve goals and actively participate in meetings.
- Possesses a proactive and high degree of ownership, astutely identifying opportunities for improvement, driving new processes, and rallying the team to solutionize problems together.
