The role will also focus on improving data consistency and ensuring the necessary infrastructure and pipelines are in place to support analytics platforms.
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with digital platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Understanding of digital commerce KPIs , such as cart abandonment, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Hands-on knowledge with platforms like Databricks.
- Good Experience in SQL to provide support on data-related insights queries for end users.
Responsibilities
- Aggregate, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that address key business challenges
- Identify opportunities for process optimization through data analysis, recommending improvements based on findings
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with respective teams for execution and delivery.
- Help in defining and monitoring KPIs to measure digital customer engagement, campaign performance, conversion optimization, and omnichannel journeys.
- Provide actionable insights on digital KPIs like conversion, AOV, CLV to optimize campaigns, customer journeys, and sales
- Proactively identify gaps, opportunities, and process improvements in digital data flows, campaign measurement, and customer experience.
- Provide support on data-related insights queries for end users, especially on data querying and data analysis
Other
- 7–9 years of experience as a Business and Data Analyst with a focus on digital, e-commerce, and marketing functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a global delivery model with effective onsite-offshore collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods.
