The Data Analyst will help inform business decisions by analyzing healthcare operations and engagement data, identifying trends, and uncovering opportunities for improved efficiency and growth.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data analysis using Python or R (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) is a plus.
- Proven ability to create compelling data visualizations and reports using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with healthcare data (e.g., claims, EMR) or other complex, large datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into analytical problems and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analyses of our healthcare operations and engagement data to identify trends, understand performance drivers, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Design, build, and maintain insightful reports and interactive dashboards using various data visualization tools to monitor key metrics and track business performance over time.
- Convert complex analytical findings into clear, compelling, and actionable insights.
- Present these findings to business stakeholders across different departments to inform decision-making and drive operational enhancements.
- Effectively communicate analytical results and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences through well-structured presentations, written reports, and intuitive data visualizations.
- Partner closely with Product Data Scientists and the Analytics Engineering team to contribute to our shared data assets, ensure data quality, and align on data definitions to support reliable analysis.
- Actively share analytical findings, best practices, and methodologies with the team to promote a collaborative environment and maximize the impact of our data across the organization.
Other
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, demonstrating the ability to deliver actionable business insights.
