Nextech is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide critical insights across various departments, enabling better decision-making and supporting enterprise-wide analytics needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and Power BI development.
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization best practices.
- Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Netsuite, etc) and their data structures.
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Certification in Power BI or related data analysis tools
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support departmental and enterprise-wide analytics needs.
- Create and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query (M) to ensure efficient and accurate reporting.
- Integrate data from various sources, including SQL databases and cloud-based systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards, implementing best practices for scalability and usability.
- Provide training and support to end-users, promoting data literacy and effective use of analytics tools.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Admin or a related field.
