Xsolis is looking to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to drive critical business decisions by building data pipelines, models, and dashboards, and exploring AI-powered analysis with LLMs, predictive modeling, and automated insight generation.
Requirements
- Proficient in Python (pandas, API integration, automation) and SQL, with experience using cloud data platforms like Redshift.
- Skilled in end-to-end data analysis, data quality management, and integrating data from multiple platforms.
- Experienced with BI tools such as Power BI and Excel to create clear, actionable visualizations.

Responsibilities
- Analyze key SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, NRR, LTV, churn, etc.) to guide strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain data pipelines integrating APIs and internal systems.
- Design dashboards (Power BI) that visualize real-time metrics and trends.
- Prototype and deploy AI tools (e.g., OpenAI) to automate reporting and financial modeling.
- Conduct quantitative analyses to support financial, operational, and commercial strategies.
- Write SQL and Python queries to build automated reports and manage financial data.
- Lead end-to-end data projects that improve business efficiency and decision-making.
Other
- 5+ years of analytics experience, ideally in Finance or SaaS, with strong knowledge of key SaaS metrics and financial models.
- A creative problem solver who knows that the first step is to understand the question and to make data clear, not complicated.
- Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screen prior to beginning employment with XSOLIS.
