Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working with large, multi-source datasets in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and predictive analytics.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts or leading small analytics projects.
- Stay current with industry trends and tools to continuously improve analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of data models, dashboards, and reports that support strategic HR and business initiatives.
- Analyse complex datasets and leverage on available tools to uncover statistical trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Support the Pay Equity and Transparency initiative by generating clear, data-driven reports that inform leadership decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reporting tools.
- Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Contribute to the development of data governance standards and best practices.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and other departments to align metrics with strategic goals.

- Understand the methodologies used in the tool and advise on necessary customization for country requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
