Responsibilities
- Informs product, design, engineering and monetization by connecting data insights with broader business goals during product evaluations
- Prioritize and balance multiple data analysis workstreams efficiently, provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Possess a mastery in locating specific data within Sinclairs various data systems
- Mastery in visualizing data to for clear communication of business-critical information
- Own data validation efforts, verifying accuracy of collected data by either or both human and artificial agents
- Able to effectively convey to leadership analysis objectives, evaluations, discoveries, and rationale
- Collect and analyze data using multiple platforms and tools, including Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, Cognos, Databricks, Looker Studio and Tableau

- Diplomatically help drive impactful revenue, user engagement, user acquisition, and observability initiatives while collaborating with other analysts, developers, designers, researchers, product managers, stakeholders, and partners across the organization
- Coach and inspire colleagues by advocating and promoting the value of observability and data driven decision making
- Mentor data analysts and data developers sharing best data practices to promote reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively telling the story within the data in an impactful way that resonates with a variety of audiences
