Requirements
- Familiarity with reliability analysis methods and tools
- Prior experience conducting or managing calibration sessions
- Knowledge of federal healthcare regulations, with the most qualified candidates having experience with regulations related to pharmaceutical pricing and compliance with government programs
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau
- Experience performing advanced data analysis utilizing Python, R, or other similar programming language
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the Inflation Reduction Act provisions related to drug pricing and CMS program implementation processes preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection and associated analytics
- Design, develop, and administer data collection instruments, support implementation of the analytics plan and overall analytics approach
- Conduct regular reviews of evaluations performed by multiple raters to assess inter-rater reliability
- Calculate and report reliability metrics
- Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in ratings or assessments
- Develop dashboards and conduct surveys, environmental scans, and case studies
- Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure ongoing alignment of evaluation standards
Other
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant professional experience, or Associates degree plus 8 years of relevant professional experience, or High school diploma plus 9 years of relevant professional experience
- 5 years of demonstrated knowledge and experience with assessment, evaluation, or quality review processes
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain objectivity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
