Lyft is looking to shape the future of bikeshare by leveraging data to drive revenue performance and optimize strategic decision-making. The role will focus on building comprehensive revenue reports and identifying opportunities and gaps in performance to impact strategic decisions around pricing, fleet deployment, staffing, and product changes.
Requirements
- Experience building dashboards for performance analysis
- Ability to translate unstructured business problems into clearly defined requirements with minimal oversight
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to transition between detailed data and high-level business problems
- Proficient in SQL and quantitative analysis, you can deep dive into large amounts of data, draw meaningful insights, dissect business issues and draw actionable conclusions
- Strong attention to detail, structured thinking and experiences developing processes to reduce human error
Responsibilities
- Develop frameworks and scalable processes to streamline reporting, drive decision-making and prioritization
- Define the metrics used to measure the success of strategic initiatives and system health; build dashboards to monitor metrics performance over time
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver data quickly, reliably and accurately to our city partners
- Monitor and diagnose KPI performance and present findings to senior leadership
- Proficient in SQL and quantitative analysis, you can deep dive into large amounts of data, draw meaningful insights, dissect business issues and draw actionable conclusions
- Strong attention to detail, structured thinking and experiences developing processes to reduce human error

- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Operations, Finance and other cross-functional stakeholders to manage and update key business logic
- Great communication (listening, written, and oral) skills with the ability to present findings & recommendations targeted to the audience in question
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust across functions and work collaboratively
- 5-7+ years of experience in data analytics in a high-growth environment
- This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
