Fora is looking to hire a Senior Data Analyst to improve marketing measurement and optimization programs, drive business decisions through deep-dive analyses, and empower self-serve analytics by designing and maintaining scalable data models and infrastructure. The goal is to enhance marketing effectiveness, provide actionable insights for growth, and foster a data-driven culture within the company.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with modern data analytics stack (e.g. Airbyte, BigQuery, dbt, Omni, Hex, or equivalents) and data modeling best practices.
  • Knowledge of Python or R, a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales, growth and/or GTM analytics.
  • Familiarity with both digital and offline marketing, a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Improve our marketing measurement and optimization programs (e.g. attribution, incrementality tests, a/b tests, potential media mix modeling).
  • Lead complex, high-visibility deep dives & analyses that drive business decisions and process or product improvements.
  • Design and maintain scalable data models, decision tools, and analytics infrastructure (using BigQuery, dbt, and Omni) to empower self-serve analytics.
  • Drive clarity in measurement and metrics definitions, helping teams understand what is happening in the business and what they can do to improve it.
  • Be a strategic thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders by identifying opportunities, shaping hypotheses, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Promote a culture of data excellence through mentorship, documentation, and training.
  • Contribute to team strategy, project prioritization, and the continuous evolution of analytics best practices.

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Deeply curious with a drive to learn.
  • Pragmatic. Looking for real world business impact, not a science project.
