SpotOn is looking to solve business and technical problems related to customer onboarding, early usage experience, and customer retention by leveraging data analysis, predictive modeling, and automation to drive strategic decisions and business growth.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills (ability to write complex queries to extract insights), experience with BI tools, and proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
- Experience with Salesforce, attribution modeling or SaaS.
Responsibilities
- Serve up impactful data-backed recs with a focus on predictive modeling and statistical analysis driving strategic decisions and business growth.
- Decode what makes a great customer experience during setup and early usage, and translate those insights into actionable improvements for Operations.
- Pinpoint the operational levers that improve customer outcomes, reduce churn risk, and drive sustainable growth through smarter use of data.
- Identify relevant data sources, validate/reconcile data, and build concise and future-proof models designed for adaptability and scalability.
- Get to the bottom of data discrepancies and outdated manual processes to ensure smooth operations using machine learning and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and Product teams to maintain a reliable data infrastructure and contribute to data analytics initiatives.

- 5 years of experience in business analytics, data science, statistics, or a related field.
- Excellent stakeholder management - experience collaborating with multiple senior stakeholder groups, being able to prioritize the highest-impact projects and deliver at pace.
