- Analytics Genius: Serve up impactful data-backed recs with a focus on predictive modeling and statistical analysis driving strategic decisions and business growth
- Onboarding Optimizer: Decode what makes a great customer experience during setup and early usage, and translate those insights into actionable improvements for Operations
- Retention Strategist: Pinpoint the operational levers that improve customer outcomes, reduce churn risk, and drive sustainable growth through smarter use of data
- Data Transformation: Identify relevant data sources, validate/reconcile data, and build concise and future-proof models designed for adaptability and scalability
- Automation Mastermind: Get to the bottom of data discrepancies and outdated manual processes to ensure smooth operations using machine learning and data pipelines
- Cross-Functional Partner: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and Product teams to maintain a reliable data infrastructure and contribute to data analytics initiatives
Other
- 5 years of experience in business analytics, data science, statistics, or a related field
- Excellent stakeholder management - experience collaborating with multiple senior stakeholder groups, being able to prioritize the highest-impact projects and deliver at pace
- Operating with a bias toward sharing, transparency and clear communication is your default
