The Senior Data Analyst will help solve complex business problems in a highly visible, customer-centric way by guiding important business decisions through data insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building reports, tables, and performing multi-faceted business analysis and presentations
- 5+ years of SQL experience at a complex level
- Advanced Skillset with Tableau, R and/or Python
- Experience using AI code generation tools tools such as GitHub CoPilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
- You understand the complexities and interactions between data sets, reports, tables, business groups, and how they impact the business objectives and outcomes
- You have a background in breaking down complex problems into simplified narratives for non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert on Redfin’s Partner Business Funnel
- Leverage your analytical expertise to deliver simple answers to complex, ambiguous questions.
- Excel at stakeholder communication and translating analytics findings into strategic action.
- Collaborate with team members across Brokerage and Partner analytics to review analyses, code, and dashboards to ensure high fidelity deliverables that answer the right questions.
- develop metrics, design strategies, and track the success or failure of our efforts.
- draw on a wide variety of data sources, including some of the most complete and robust real estate data in the world, synthesizing insights which guide some of the most important decisions in our business.

- This position is a hybrid role requiring employees to work from our headquarters location in Seattle, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote all other days.
- You are a natural story teller. You know how to connect the dots and deliver concise messages (both written and verbal) to stakeholders that drive business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in statistics, computer science, or a related field
- Real Estate industry experience is highly desired
