Requirements
- Expertise in SQL
- Analytics engineering familiarity, including building data models in dbt
- Sound statistical inference skills
- Proficiency in financial metrics and how investors evaluate business performance
Responsibilities
- Own the development and analysis of key business metrics
- Keep pulse on financial KPIs and unit economics
- Be an arbiter of truth with data
- Partner widely with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Operations & Member Experience, and Risk
- Ask why a lot and lead first-of-its-kind analyses

- 5+ years in data-focused roles, performing analyses or building data tools that support an executive audience and facilitate decisions of trade-offs
