Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Hex, Grafana, Tableau, or equivalent
- Experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools
- Familiarity with Python, R, or other languages for advanced analytics
- Experience supporting experimentation, measurement, and performance tracking initiatives
- Comfort with analytical and collaboration tools, including Google Sheets and other relevant platforms
- Preferred: experience with predictive modeling, user segmentation, behavioral analytics, marketing analytics, and B2C or retail environments
Responsibilities
- Act as a data-driven partner to product, marketing, and operations teams, providing strategic insights and recommendations
- Conduct deep dives into user behavior to identify performance drivers and growth opportunities
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for decision-making across teams
- Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and KPIs to track business performance and experiment outcomes
- Collaborate on the design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests and other experiments
- Explore predictive modeling, segmentation, and other advanced analytics to optimize targeting and engagement strategies
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to enhance analytical tools and workflows
Other
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy roles
