Mercer is seeking a Senior Data Analytics & Insights Specialist to transform data into actionable intelligence to drive growth, measure performance, understand customer behavior, and inform go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Experience with MarTech tools (Google Analytics, Webtrends, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- 5+ years in marketing/sales analytics or business intelligence
- Strong skills with data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik)
- Proficiency in Excel/SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Experience analyzing campaign performance, funnel conversion, and pipeline contribution
- Familiarity with customer segmentation
- Ability to synthesize complex data into stories that influence decisions
Responsibilities
- Build dashboards
- Uncover insights
- Recommend actions that directly impact pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement
- Gather and analyze campaign, channel, and customer data from various sources to understand campaign performance, audience targeting, media mix, and buying behaviors
- Provide insights and recommendations that improve response, increase conversion rate, and drive new sales
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations
- Dive deep into campaign and customer data to define KPI’s, identify performance trends, and provide customer insights

- This role is at the center of how we measure performance, understand customer behavior, and inform go-to-market strategy.
- You’ll partner closely with marketing and commercial leaders to build dashboards, uncover insights, and recommend actions that directly impact pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.
