The Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) needs to sustain program/project management and business analysis core competencies across Citi through initiatives focused on training, awareness, and knowledge sharing opportunities. The Data & Reporting Analyst will support the CPMC Capabilities Team in producing reports, performing analyses, and supporting operational needs to ensure the effectiveness of these initiatives.
Requirements
- Advanced MS Excel user who is well versed in: V-lookups and advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, data structuring, and other data analytics and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, PowerPoint, One Note, Teams, SharePoint experience required.
- Executing data reporting & analytics and scenario reporting.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and reporting skills; with focus on quality and automation to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
- Experience working in a virtual team.
- Familiar with Citi Learning Platform tools (e.g., LMS, Docebo, domiKnow, Brainshark), a plus.
Responsibilities
- Produce CPMC Capabilities reports which are created as part of tight coordination and collaboration with the team, following a combination of automated and manual steps.
- Be responsible for self-quality checks and peer-quality reviews, to ensure a zero-defect report.
- Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solution and drive end-to-end execution for projects of varied size and timelines.
- Identify process improvement opportunities for automation and efficiency within own process and operations.
- Work with internal teams and technology to support enhancements through to delivery (includes but not limited to: define/document/communicate requirements in a concise. logical & understandable way; participate in User Acceptance Testing).
- Develop and validate scenario check reports by: collaborating with internal team to gather data and define scenario objectives.
- Develop and validate scenario check reports by: evaluating inputs, assumptions, methodologies and outcomes to ensure scenario reports meet requirements and expected outcomes.
Other
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in the Financial Service Industry or similar function.
- Highly motivated, proactive and self-starter; strong senses of ownership and ability to create and execute plans without daily oversight.
- Must be flexible and have experience working in a fast pace & high-pressure environment; managing multiple deliverables at once and can pivot as priorities change.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, data accuracy and commitment to quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
