Requirements
- Proficiency with modern data technologies such as Spark and Airflow.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with data modeling to translate business requirements into flexible data structures.
- Experience deploying, monitoring, and ensuring the reliability of production data systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Databricks, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining data-intensive applications.
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for large datasets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines to collect, process, and store large volumes of data from diverse sources.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipeline performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Proactively identify opportunities to automate and improve team processes.
- Rapidly learn new business domains and work closely with partners to understand and support evolving data needs.
- Develop and evolve data models that support business use cases and adapt to changing requirements.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across teams and functions.
