Probably Genetic is looking to establish its data engineering architecture and build pipelines to power internal insights and commercial data products, ultimately aiming to improve patient lives by making better data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Fluency with Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies
- Experience building advanced data infrastructure in AWS using Terraform
- Strong analytical thinking and hands-on experience with data visualization tools
Responsibilities
- Establish our data engineering architecture and build the pipelines that power both internal insights and our commercial data products.
- Build reliable, maintainable infrastructure in AWS using Terraform to support our growing data needs
- Design data tables and pipelines that serve the unique needs of our customers and internal teams
- Implement best-in-class data pipelines with observability built in from day one
- Analyze and visualize data in BI tools to enable informed business decisions and deliver tailored insights to customers
- Share your work and impact across teams — presenting results, learning from feedback, and continuously improving
