Translating business processes such as transaction workflows and contact center activities into scalable data solutions that facilitate data-driven decision making by the organization.
Requirements
- Strong working experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake).
- Proficient with SQL and writing sophisticated queries.
- Experience with data visualization or analytics tools like PowerBI, Tableau, SSAS, etc.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipeline concepts.
- An understanding of data modeling, especially star schema dimensional models.
- Experience with ELT/ETL data integration, orchestration, or scheduling tools such as SSIS, Informatica or Control M.
